In our experience, we've found that Less is More (---especially in the case with rosacea).
We advise: Do not use rollers on any area of skin that is red, irritated, experiencing an active breakout (acne), or on any skin condition (rosacea, eczema, etc).
Any potential benefit may not be worth the potential irritation.
