It is a very interesting review. We have developed a computational platform ( www.persistent.com/eskin ) for skin research, wherein skin associated pathways like Keratinocyte Differentiation, Wound Healing, Cornification are built. The role of TGF-beta in wound healing is well studied and accommodated in our pathways. It will be valuable to incorporate this information in our pathway models.
